sorry for getting the posts up late, i backdated them so they would be "filed" under the correct months. things around here are finally beginning to slow down to their usual pace, after the last few months were quite hectic planning for trips to ohio for thanksgiving, a one year anniversary, graduation and parties, christmas, unexpected illnesses during christmas and, of course, full-time work! of course, you already knew that from the blog :)
we don't really have many pictures from the new year, because we've started the year off busy as well (just not *as* busy).
i ended up working the first 6 of 7 days in the new year, starting new year's eve and finally finishing the run of shifts on the 7th. of course, that was because matt went to the american historical association conference in new york and was gone january 2 - 5. i took off that monday to pick him up from the airport and watch the UT vs. Ohio State game at my parents' house. Since then we've been trying to fall back into a normal routine including walking lexi, doing laundry, going to the grocery store, scheduling dentist appointments, blood donations, framing diplomas and attempting to sort and find new places for graduation and christmas gifts (that's not a complaint!). if you haven't heard from us, it's not personal! hopefully things will continue to "settle down" as the weeks progress....
