my sweet little 36-weeker turned 2 years old on the 24th. it's surprising to look back and see how far we've come as parents, and to see how much our 6 lbs 4 oz baby has grown. we celebrated on his birthday with a party for family including both sets of grandparents from ohio. i chose a construction theme because of his absolute fascination with "diggers, excavators and -dozers." the party was a big hit, although i've decided that next year i might try a cookie cake. despite the relative success i had in making the cake, noah really doesn't enjoy cake at all, but he loves cookies.
here's a list of things our two-year-old enjoys:
- singing
- dancing
- talking
- sleeping on the floor of his room
- playing with anything that has wheels on it
- playing outside
- doing puzzles
- reading books
- playing with lexi
- tennis balls, soccer balls, footballs, etc.
- his favorite movies are
cars, and any of the
toy story movies
- and, he absolutely loves his baby sister.
