we hosted thanksgiving at our house this year and really enjoyed getting to see everyone and the hustle and bustle that is the beginning of the holiday season. while it did make things a little busy for the week, i can never complain that my house gets a thorough cleaning and am always thankful when we can just cart the kids upstairs for their naps and enjoy chatting with everyone (or even a quick post-lunch nap) without having to worry about carting two kids and everything else around with us.
we have so much to be truly thankful for and one day never seems adequate to celebrate that, but i know we are truly blessed!
this year was an extra special thanksgiving because we were able to share with the family that we are actually expecting baby king #3!!! no worries, i'll post much more about that later :)
