despite having a very busy weekend, we were able to schedule noah's 1 year pics on the saturday following his birthday. he was a pretty good trooper through most of it, but it was late in the day and he was getting tired so we didn't get a very good representation of our usually smiley little boy. he also dislikes having cake on his hands, so my plans for a cake smash session did not turn out quite as planned. leah luquette did a great job capturing the frustration that followed the initial excitement of having a personal cake, though. :)
