it's true, on the 31st, alex will be a big-time 11 year old! we were there to celebrate with friends and family to a fairy-tale themed party (hence the fairy wings and swords and shields!) on the 29th. everyone enjoyed swimming, spending time with the birthday boy and eating some tasty cake!
happy birthday, alex! you're growing up to be such a cool kid, we can't wait to see what the next 11+ years hold for you!!!
